Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is an initiator of perchloroethylene monomer in the peroxide or azo compounds, or polymerized by the reaction mechanism of radical polymerization under the action of light and heat. Vinyl chloride homopolymer and vinyl chloride copolymer are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resin.
PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure. The degree of support is small, relative density is about 1.4, glass temperature is 77~90 C, and begins to decompose at about 170 degrees C. The stability of light and heat is poor. It will decompose and produce hydrogen chloride at more than 100 degrees or long sunshine, and it will decompose automatically and cause discoloration. Mechanical properties are also decreasing rapidly. In practice, stabilizers must be added to improve heat and light stability.
The metal texture brings strong expressive force to the building.
The choice of different colors gives designers broad imagination.
The collocation with the color of the building shows the natural atmosphere of the building.
Colored aluminum will not oxidize, because the surface of metal aluminum will form invisible oxide film.
The polyester coating on the surface of color aluminum can ensure that it stays bright and colourful under the harsh and changeable climatic conditions such as severe cold, high temperature, acid rain and salt attack.
Due to the low proportion of aluminum alloy and metal hooks, the gutter is safe and reliable, easy to install and easy to learn. It can be recycled and accorded with the requirements of national green building.
Copper is a transitional element, chemical symbol Cu, English copper, atomic number 29. Pure copper is a soft metal. When the surface is cut, it has a metallic luster of red orange and a purplish red color. Good ductility, high thermal conductivity and high conductivity, so cable and electrical and electronic components are the most commonly used materials, and can also be used as building materials to make a variety of alloys. Copper alloys have excellent mechanical properties and low resistivity. The most important ones are bronze and brass. In addition, copper is also a durable metal, which can be recycled many times without damaging its mechanical properties.
Two valence copper salts are the most common copper compounds. Their hydrated ions are often blue, and chlorinated ligands are green. It is a source of blue copper and turquoise, and has been widely used as a pigment in history. Corroded copper structures will produce cupric (basic copper carbonate). Decorative arts mainly use metallic copper and copper containing pigments.
Rain chain, also known as rain chain, first originated from Japanese architecture, belongs to a part of the rain water system, mainly used for drainage of rainwater, so that buildings are protected from the erosion of rainwater, which is beneficial to the protection of buildings. At the same time, the rain chain has a noble and elegant architectural decoration function, suitable for villas, courtyards, parks and other building decoration on both sides of the corridor.
The rain chain is mostly copper, more sophisticated copper, after natural oxidation to the ancient color, more simple flavor, can also directly use the ancient bronze color rendering, with the architecture more literature and art.
Rain chain is a part of the rain and water system (also known as the daily water falling system), which first appeared in foreign countries and appeared more in Japanese architecture.
