PVC/resin water system

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is an initiator of perchloroethylene monomer in the peroxide or azo compounds, or polymerized by the reaction mechanism of radical polymerization under the action of light and heat. Vinyl chloride homopolymer and vinyl chloride copolymer are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resin.
PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure. The degree of support is small, relative density is about 1.4, glass temperature is 77~90 C, and [1] begins to decompose at about 170 degrees C. The stability of light and heat is poor. It will decompose and produce hydrogen chloride at more than 100 degrees or long sunshine, and it will decompose automatically and cause discoloration. Mechanical properties are also decreasing rapidly. In practice, stabilizers must be added to improve heat and light stability.
